Kids Healthy Heart Challenge

Kickstart United's Healthy Heart Challenge! · October 11, 2022

On Friday, Oct. 21, we’ll kick off your annual Kids Heart Challenge together
and we can’t wait! This is a fun service-learning program in which we reinforce healthy
heart and brain habits as well as the importance of helping others. Last year the United
community stepped up big time (THANK YOU!!!) and we're so excited to see what this
year will bring!

http://www2.heart.org/goto/United. There’s lifesaving activities you can do together such as learning hands-only CPR and the warning signs of a stroke.
