2024-2025 Annual Progress Report

The Iowa Department of Education releases the APRs annually to provide an overview of how schools are performing in the state. The reports include:

  • Student achievement data
  • Academic goals
  • Other success indicators
  • Scores and ratings on accountability measures, such as student growth and graduation rate
  • Information about schools that need additional support and improvement

The APRs are based on data from the Iowa Statewide Assessment of Student Progress (ISASP) and the Conditions for Learning survey.

The APRs help meet federal and state requirements for publishing report cards. They also show how schools are performing on multiple measures.

The rating categories for school performance include:

  • Exceptional
  • High Performing
  • Commendable
  • Acceptable
  • Needs Improvement
  • Priority

What I think makes our school better than other schools is the teachers, friends, the good food and the classrooms. I just love the school the way it is. It's a great school, it has great people here. I love having my besties. They helped me out a lot and I helped them.
